Letters are ambassadors for our business and make an important contribution to the positive overall impression that the public has of our company. The style and layout of a letter influence the opinion and attitude of the recipient.
The letterhead should be used for all printed valantic-specific business (e.g. letters to customers) and must carry the Logo and the address. Country-specific postal regulations must be adhered to.
The valantic logo is integrated in our templates and is not printed, as it is on our corporate paper and color, which can be ordered in the Print Portal (Printshare) on the letterhead.
Letterhead is designed in DIN A4 format (210 × 297 mm).
The system fonts Segoe Regular and Segoe Bold are used in the Word templates for the letterheads. If the house fonts are not available, the existing templates can be replaced with the Maven Pro fonts (Regular and Semibold). The specifications mainly concern the design and basic structure of the content. The individual specifications can be customized by the CCs.

The valantic design system focuses on the recipient and the message. Documents that follow a strict outline, such as the one created in this Word template, usually have an informative, factual character. Emotionalization, as intended in valantic Design Route C, is not intended for documents of this type.
